What is the Professional Introduction Service?

Our Professional Introduction Service matches Real Estate Professionals with top Loan Officers. It's a unique ten-month long program. The Professional Introduction Service is designed as a conservative, career-building approach. We quickly build a personalized network of Realtors who can provide you with a lifetime of referral business.

First, our analysts carefully evaluate your town or neighborhood’s local market conditions using census data, commerce demographics, and consumer market knowledge.  Then we bring to you a customized network of Real Estate Professionals to work with. We will be there to assist you with creative tools and the means to build strong relationships with the Realtors we've introduced you to.

Once a month for a year, you’ll receive our exclusive Information Guide. The Guides are information packages of tools, tips, and tactics created to accelerate your business. You’ll find our Information Guides contain proven strategies available nowhere else. Not only will this step-by-step advice benefit your new Realtor relationships, the Information Guides will help you expand your client base and make you more efficient. 

Charter clients will be eligible for exclusive discounts on new service and product launches.

Real Estate Professionals have already established a relationship with homeowners and first-time homebuyers. A Realtor who has a good relationship with a Loan Officer has the power to refer dozens of prospective buyers per year. Teaming up with a Real Estate Agent to work open houses and home-buying seminars may bring in even more leads.

Let's talk numbers. What can I expect?

According to the National Association of Realtors®, the typical Realtor completes 11 transactions per year (and many far exceed that number). Most of our clients choose to be introduced to at least ten Real Estate Professionals. Once you've earned your agents' trust, even with conservative estimates, you could see a minimum of 110 referrals per year. You may see many, many more.

How do I learn more?

The Ibis Group chooses only to work with a select number of Loan Officers. The pool of determined Real  Estate Professionals is very limited, so our clients consist of those rare Loan Officers who are truly committed.  Only those who are dedicated to superior customer service and in-depth product knowledge are accepted. What happens after I submit the information request form?

Once you submit the information request form, a representative will analyze the information you have provided and will contact you.

After a successful interview and an authorized agreement, we will send you our Welcome Package. It contains the valuable information you’ll need to make the most of your customized Realtor network that we’ve created for you.

Next, The Ibis Group will make all the initial contacts and arrange introductions on your behalf. Over the following weeks, it will be up to you to schedule face-to-face meetings with the Realtors you have been introduced to.

Why does the Ibis Group require an interview to participate in the service?

We are well aware that service-driven Real Estate talent is hard to come by. Quality is our primary value. We want to be assured that as many relationships are successful as possible. By being selective, we’ve discovered that loan partners will appreciate these relationships and provide their referrals (and Realtors) with top-level service.

How will the Ibis Group help me maintain my relationships?

We ask our loan partners to be committed to delivering superior service, because this is the approach we use towards our clients. We are here for you with free support via phone or e-mail with experienced advice and helpful suggestions for making the most of your contacts. This service is included in your participation in the Professional Introduction Service.

Also, you’ll receive twelve of our exclusive Information Guides of tools, tips, and tactics at no extra charge.  You’ll discover that The Ibis Group’s Information Guides contain proven strategies not easily available elsewhere. This advice will greatly benefit your new relationships.  And, the monthly Information Guides help you become more efficient while growing the volume of your business.

What if I am not satisfied with a Realtor relationship?

During the first ten months of your relationship, if you find that you are incompatible with a Real Estate Professional introduced through our network, we will be happy to make one new introduction at no additional cost. Just as we select Loan Officers who offer outstanding service, we strive to provide a complete service experience for our Loan partners. Should one of your Realtors relocate or retire during the first twelve months of your relationship, we will introduce you to a new contact.

Will you introduce Realtors I have a relationship with to other Loan Officers?

No. Never. Your satisfactory relationships with Real Estate Professionals are yours to keep growing for a lifetime. We will never redirect your relationships, even after the ten months of our service is completed.

Of course, we ask that you honor and respect any business relationships with Realtors you’ve had previous to becoming the Ibis Group’s client. Likewise, we assume you will respect and honor any business relationships your Realtors may possess prior to meeting you.
